Good Morning Ladies,
I've been a member of SP for nearly 3 years, but never really took it seriously. However, I always see the emails and made a conscience decision to be focused this time.
I live in the Waters Landing section of Germantown. I'm a busy mom of 2 (ages 22 and 8)and I've adopted my 14 year old sister. I'm looking to join a group that is condusive to my needs as I have my hands full with soccer practices and so on and on top of that, I do not drive. I love to cook and am forever looking for new ideas and I love to walk. If there's such a team that can help me meet my goals and have weekly activities; please let me know as I'd love the opportunity to join you.
Thank you in advance for your help and I look forward to working with you.

These muffins are very filling!

The whole wheat flour makes for a dense muffin, which I like. You only need to eat one! If you want a lighter muffin try using whole wheat pastry flour, which is more finely ground and available in the bulk bins at larger grocery stores.
