Hi, I just joined this team and saw this topic. It's very difficult to find the time to work out between work and taking care of children. I have a little one and use to work full-time. Have you tried to wake up 30 minutes earlier? I have read if you exercise first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, you burn more fat. If you have 1 hour for lunch, you could take 30 minutes to do a brisk walk around your work facility and then have lunch. I think breaking up the workout time, is probably more effective at keeping your metabolism up and you are less likely to burn yourself out from overexercising. I think just making small changes like getting up 15 minutes earlies or walking for 15 minutes during lunch will lead into bigger changes. Anyways, just my 2 cents.

I got out today for some exercise because it was so nice but generally, I don't get to do that. I am stuck behind my computer. Need ideas and motivation to help me fit exercise in and keep it interesting...any ideas? emoticon

"Do not be too timid and squeamish about your actions. All life is an experiment. The more experiments you make the better. What if they are a little course, and you may get your coat soiled or torn? What if you do fail, and get fairly rolled in the dirt once or twice. Up again, you shall never be so afraid of a tumble." -Ralph Waldo Emerson

These muffins are very filling!

The whole wheat flour makes for a dense muffin, which I like. You only need to eat one! If you want a lighter muffin try using whole wheat pastry flour, which is more finely ground and available in the bulk bins at larger grocery stores.
