I'm thinking I may have to adjust my cycle a bit, myself... It's hard to eat much on weekdays, when one works outside the home. I got a little fourthmeal action from taco bell yesterday, and I still came under by 200... XD
I think I'll do some extra exercise today, as I was too exhausted for it yesterday... I spent the entire day embroidering neckerchiefs for boy scouts... I close my eyes, and I see a little figure climbing a giant fleur de lis... I think I did twelve of those things... What with running the store, that's insane... I should have taken my breaks, heh.

"Going off the rails on a crazy train" -The theme of my work, how I do love it.
Why not schedule your weekends as your highest days? That's what I did, and it's worked so far. :) I haven't seen a loss on the scale yet, but I'm set up for such a slow loss that it's not really time for that yet. ;)
I have started calorie cycling and really have noticed that it makes a difference. My problem is though, that I have a difficult time with weekends. Saturday is my highest calorie and excersize day, but Sunday is supposed to be a moderate day, which I have trouble staying with. I don't have any trouble during the week though, I guess because my job keeps me so busy that I don't have time to cook yummy food.
I was wondering if I could get similar results by keeping my weekly average the same, but instead staying low Monday - Friday and going high on Saturdays and Sundays. I have seen some websites that suggest this, I just wanted a second (or third or fourth) opinion. Thanks everyone!
