I'm thinking I may have to adjust my cycle a bit, myself... It's hard to eat much on weekdays, when one works outside the home. I got a little fourthmeal action from taco bell yesterday, and I still came under by 200... XD

I think I'll do some extra exercise today, as I was too exhausted for it yesterday... I spent the entire day embroidering neckerchiefs for boy scouts... I close my eyes, and I see a little figure climbing a giant fleur de lis... I think I did twelve of those things... What with running the store, that's insane... I should have taken my breaks, heh.

Thanks, I'll try it out and see if it makes a difference. This should make it that much easier to incorporate cycling as a complete lifestyle change. I'll let everyone know how it works.

I agree with KARICHELLE! You can make your high days on the weekend if they are better for you, you can do your cycles in any order you want.

You could do:
Low
Low
Low
Low
High
High
high

or

High
Low
Low
High
Low
High
High

You can even change it up every week and arrange it to suit your schedule. It doesn't matter what order you do it in. emoticon

I think this weekends going to be hard for me too. I'm having a high calorie day today, I've already eaten dinner and I've still got to eat 500 cals!! Don't know how I'm gonna go, I'm so not hungry :)

Why not schedule your weekends as your highest days? That's what I did, and it's worked so far. :) I haven't seen a loss on the scale yet, but I'm set up for such a slow loss that it's not really time for that yet. ;)

I have started calorie cycling and really have noticed that it makes a difference. My problem is though, that I have a difficult time with weekends. Saturday is my highest calorie and excersize day, but Sunday is supposed to be a moderate day, which I have trouble staying with. I don't have any trouble during the week though, I guess because my job keeps me so busy that I don't have time to cook yummy food.

I was wondering if I could get similar results by keeping my weekly average the same, but instead staying low Monday - Friday and going high on Saturdays and Sundays. I have seen some websites that suggest this, I just wanted a second (or third or fourth) opinion. Thanks everyone!
