It has been a long time since I posted as well.

Spiritual at this moment is daily Mass and meditation. We are in the middle of PreCana prep for the couples this Saturday at our parish. Please pray for our team and the success of the program.

Physical has been the same for the last year and a half. Continue to do my cardio by walking on treadmill. Work out three times a week upper and lower body with resistance. Usually free weights either at home or at the gym. We moved over the summer and it has been an adjustment as we came back to where our families live. The demands on our time coupled with five kids schedules keep us on our toes. Thankfully I have a supportive husband who has been right there with me all along. May I say he looks awesome...;-)

It has been quite a while since I have visited this team.

I belong to a "Faith Alive" group in our parish. It is a study group that meets once a month, it is parish wide and there are two ways of participating: Large group that meets at church and small groups in homes. We lead a small group. We are studying The History of the Catholic Church.

I also have my own adoration hour. Others in our house also have hours.

We do Morning Prayer before our homeschooling day begins, Rosary at 10 am, and family prayer before bed.

For Physical, I have been very lax the last two weeks. Put I am on day 67 of Power 90 with Tony Horton. It is amazing. I was running but it's Winter and I live in Minnesota. Today's high temp was 0.

How are you becoming stronger in both areas? What do you do? Favorite routines?
