Hi, I'm new to the group and just stopped by to say hi My main reason for joining Sparkpeople is to help with tracking both food and exercise. I also like that they make a daily menu for you, that has helped a lot. I am running in the Space Coast 1/2 Marathon on Dec 1 and this site has really helped me get focused.
