So I do a mixed martial art :). Let me start with this, No one and I mean no one myself included believed that I could do this at my current weight. I have been doing martial arts for about 6 months and am an Orange belt. My first tournament is coming up on FRIDAY..... Wish me luck. I will be doing a japanese inspired form called Peacefull Warrior 2 and a sticks Kata and sword sparring. Can you tell I am just a little bit excited???

Wow, Seisan, a name I actually recognize for a Kata in another style.
In our Style (Uechi-Ryu) it loosely translates as twelve forms of attack and defense. The move that most of the public knows is 'The Crane Stance' that occurs about as about the 3rd 'movement' (bearing in mind that movements contain repetitions) in the Kata.
And Sanchin I try for every day. I've discovered that one is in a LOT of styles in various formats.

This is another variant of what happens in the Spark People Cafe, this is a place to list the Katas or Forms you've done today (and quantity if you like).
The goal is:
