This is another variant of what happens in the Spark People Cafe, this is a place to list the Katas or Forms you've done today (and quantity if you like).
The goal is:
Drive traffic to our discussion groups.
Let people get some spark points for posting in this thread.
Have people think about practicing their art every day (and not just exercise, cardio, and the like that is not an art but is an important part of our training regimen)
It is my hope that this thread will be one of the things that sets us apart from the pure exercise / nutrition / social teams.
