My goal is to have a rest day because my outer thighs reached muscle failure yesterday so I'm going to give them a little time to rest and heal so it will just be light walking and stuff like that today. Go to the doctors to find out about my shoulder so my goal is to leave there with an action plan...whatever that might be. Then to get some good sleep tonight since I didn't sleep well last night and tired.
