I do the www.Bodyrock.tv or www.ThedailyHiit.com. They are both the same workouts. The Daily Hiit is the newer website and they are completely FREE. They are short 12-15 minute High-Intensity workouts. I just love them. They are doing a 30 day challenge right now and it seems pretty good. I just finished day 7. I am also doing the squat challenge from them as well. They are tough and as long as I push myself they leave me feeling great! Don't let the perfect bodies on the videos deter you. Also you don't need all the equipment they use, you can use items from around your house! The host Lisa-Marie is my favorite, I love how she is encouraging without being mean. Her facebook page has a ton of great information on the workouts, homemade equipment and eating healthy!
I also life some free weights and try to do the treadmill or elliptical a couple times a week.

Livelaughlove I use her 30 Day Shred, and having at least 1-5 pound weights and a yoga mat if you have hardwood floors is extremely helpful. :)

I'm huge on Zumba, but I am also wanting to resume my martial arts training, so I hope to get started with that again, possibly even introducing Tae Bo into my regimen. My family uses EA Sports Active as well. It's something great to do together and you can customize the workouts much more than expected. Plus it automatically tracks your calories and time for you, which makes it easier to enter on the tracker HERE. :)

I like doing hip hop abs workout DVDs because it seems like I'm dancing instead of working out. These workouts do wonders as well. I also like Taebo and zumba. The key is to get moving doing something you enjoy.

I have a Zumba DVD that a friend of mine gave me. It has a 20 minute express workout and 1 hour cardio workout. I've been interested in getting additional workout DVDs. I think I'm going to look into the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred though.

Jillian Michaels DVD's are great. You can also buy your own weights and matts. The stability ball is really good too. Plenty of exercises you can do with that. Kettle bells are something that you can also use that has various routines.

I just started 10 Pounds Down Abs with Jessica Smith and so far it's perfect!
http://www.amazon.com/10-Pounds-Down-Car
dio-Abs/dp/B007R75UBI

I like especially that I don't have to think in the morning :) She has a downloadable schedule. Simple, simple. And there's full-body strength and cardio with an emphasis on core work, which is very good for me since I need a strong core to handle the kids and I would LOVE to have a smaller waist. That would be great! It's pretty brief - all under 30 minutes.

I agree with the answers posted. I have many workout dvds, I use gilad's strength training ones. Plus I have one good cardio machine. It is so easy just to jump on my elipticle and listen to music for 30 min.

I bought a stationary bike over a year ago and use that religiously. I got it off amazon for 100 bucks and it wasn't the best, but does its job.
I also have done walking videos at home and recently started a c25k program (but hurt my foot) and started a strength training program.
Another thing you can do is watch some of the cardio videos sparkpeople provides and do those. They are free and are good!

Good luck!

Keep moving whenever you can!

The more movement the more pounds come off!

Today only comes once! Make it count!

One thing that is never regrettable - a workout!

Jillian Michaels dvd's, insanity, and I'm a big fan of getting outside and running! If you aren't a runner the couch 2 5k program can help you there! It's how I started out and now I'm traing for a half marathon!

I loved P90X (lost dvd's). Right now I'm doing Insanity. Of course not everyone will want such an extreme challenge.

I love the following that are still great workouts:
30 Day Shred
Cardio Biggest Loser (only tried one from about 7 yrs ago, but it was great)

Some oldies but still just as effective, and still my top workouts:
The Firm
Taebo

I loved the Chalene Extreme DVD selection. The program is only about 30 minutes a day and doable. I feel this is a better choice for people like me who can't really handle P90X or Insanity but still an avid exerciser.

I do the 30 day shred in the mornings and if I do a workout at night it is the Jillian Michaels Banish fat Boost Metabolism or the No More Trouble Spots. I do the yoga meltdwon on Sunday. I am thinking about getting the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution, though.

I have all of Jillian Michaels workout DVDs and love them! They can be difficult and intense but very rewarding! My husband brought P90X about 2 years ago and we have yet to use it...I have heard people getting great results off it but its insane!

I have also heard that Turbo Jam/Fire is amazing...this is my next workout that I plan to purchase!

I think it depends on what you are interested in and what your goals are. I have Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire, P90X, Insanity, Leslie Sansone Walking DVD's, Tae~Bo, Slim Series, 30DS, and some 10 minute workouts that have multiple 10 workouts in 10 minute intervals.

I love workout DVD's because they keep me active if I can't go outside. They are AWESOME and I am BIT of a junky emoticon emoticon
