I make the time. Usually at the expense of something else. There's cheerios on the floor, dirty dishes in the sink and a ring around the tub, but if nobody complains, I'm okay with that. I've used the time to help make myself healthier for my family. Besides, if a clean tub is that important to them, they can clean it themselves.
It's hard as you know. This may sound weird but I do some exercises in the ladies room. It's a private bathroom obviously. After taking care of business, I'll do some lunges (10 on each leg) or some push-ups against the wall (20 usually). While my daughter is practicing her cello, I'll do crunches. She always wants me to listen to her and heaven forbid I'm in a different room! Sneaking it in is hard. Good luck!
