I really find it hard to deprive myself of something. If I am really craving something and I don't have it, the craving normally gets worse. So if I REALLY want it, then I have it in moderation, keeping in mind that I will have to cut back in other areas.

What do you do when you crave a not so good for you food.
RIght now I am having serious pms cravings for chocolate. Or sweets really, Im trying really hard to not raid the snack machine.
