I made roasted chicken on Sunday and have been eating off that every day this week for lunch on top of a spring mix salad, strawberries and boiled eggs.

I love making a fruit salad with apples, strawberries, bananas,grapes sometimes i would throw in some walnuts

I packed tossed salad, rotissaire chicken leg, apple, greek yogurt, and 1/2 cup cottage cheese with 1/2 cup of chopped fresh pineapple.

I am really enjoying fresh fruits and veggies lately...the exercising seems to be kicking in! Woo hoo!
