I have forced myself to do a Leslie Sansone mile everyday this week (except Tuesday because my excuses crept in. Bad habits are hard to leave behind!). Yesterday i added some simple strength training after my walk. I want to make working out a habit!!
I also "fall off the wagon" for months at a time. This last lapse has lasted longer than a few months. I had reached my goal weight of 125 pounds and then just stopped. I am now 10 pounds heavier and very much out of shape. I am very good at making excuses about not being able to find the time to exercise. Between work and my family squeezing the "me time" in is hard. But for the past five days I have done a one mile workout with a Leslie Sansone DVD. I am so out of shape right now that it has kicked my behind everytime i have done it. But the reality is that I do feel better and more energized. So I hope I can keep this up.

I'm a Sparker that has a tendancy to fall off the weight loss wagon for months at a time. Ok, so here it is: in an effort to re-commit myself I'm going to actually start participating in some of the teams. Hello again Working Moms! Today I am struggling with a difficult person at work. He is condescending and smug. And as I sit there thinking of ways to put him in his place, I remember that he's the Client. So I put him on hold for a little longer than i should to meet one of my Spark Goals and fill up my water bottle... oh the litte joys!
