You are in the right place for support. That is the hardest struggle ever. Keep on trying though, you will find the balance that works for you!!
Sometimes it is a matter of just forcing myself to MAKE the me time. I mean, it is so easy to hang out at home and play with the kids instead of going out an exercising but here is what I have found. If I take that 30 min - 60 min time for myself everyday to go exercise and make myself proud and happy, I am so much better for my husband and children. They have a happier wife/mom. So the time that we do spend together is that much better. The benefits to that me time are numerous. Good luck and welcome.

Hi my name is Amy. I've been with SP since Oct. but just found this group. I work 32 hours a week out side the home(but it feels like 60 hrs) I am married to a wonderful man for almost 8 yrs. We have a 6 yr ols boy and a girl who is almost 2. I love to eat, but my big down fall is not being able to balance work, family and that me time needed to take care of myself. Probably the same problems everyone else has. I hope to be able to give as much support as I get. Amy
