You are in the right place for support. That is the hardest struggle ever. Keep on trying though, you will find the balance that works for you!!
Sometimes it is a matter of just forcing myself to MAKE the me time. I mean, it is so easy to hang out at home and play with the kids instead of going out an exercising but here is what I have found. If I take that 30 min - 60 min time for myself everyday to go exercise and make myself proud and happy, I am so much better for my husband and children. They have a happier wife/mom. So the time that we do spend together is that much better. The benefits to that me time are numerous. Good luck and welcome.
