I would like to start an exercise challenge that will end on Halloween. The challenge will begin, Sunday, September 12th and will end Sunday, October 31st. Each week post the number of hours you have worked out. The person who has the most hours will receive a Spark Goodie and be named member of the month for November. I hope you will all participate!
The format will be as follows:
Week 1: 80 Minutes
Week 2: 60 Minutes
Week 3: 0 Minutes (really bad!)
Week 4: 0 Minutes (really bad!)
Week 5:0 Minutes (really bad!)
Week 6:0 Minutes (really bad!)
