After a couple blah weeks, I'm ready to hop back on that horse again---re-grouped, re-committed, and re-motivated. I know it's kind of the end of the week, but I'm on another team that starts challenges on Thursdays, so it's my "start".
Get 10 glasses of water each day.....and TRACK it! (I hate tracking things, but I know it really does help).
Get 15 minutes of cardio 5 days.....and TRACK it!
Just putting it out there to help with the "motivation" thing, but anyone out there that has been off the wagon and feels like a fresh start, feel free to join me.
