I'm in the same boat. I was going so strong and then last Thursday the parties started and I fell, no JUMPED head first, off the wagon. Now a week later my weight is up anywhere from 3 - 6 pounds depending on the day (too much salty food!) and I feel sluggish. I have been going to the gym reguarly so that is good. Today I'm back on the wagon, my goal is to be back at my lowest weight by New Years eve.

Finish what you've started!

After a couple blah weeks, I'm ready to hop back on that horse again---re-grouped, re-committed, and re-motivated. I know it's kind of the end of the week, but I'm on another team that starts challenges on Thursdays, so it's my "start".

Babysteps grasshoppa......babysteps.

Week 1:

Get 10 glasses of water each day.....and TRACK it! (I hate tracking things, but I know it really does help).

Get 15 minutes of cardio 5 days.....and TRACK it!

Just putting it out there to help with the "motivation" thing, but anyone out there that has been off the wagon and feels like a fresh start, feel free to join me.
