I like absolutely nothing on them. But I like the flavored ones as well as the plain ones.

Hi,
I love rice cakes - I eat them every day with my lunch! I like the cheddar cheese Quakes (the tiny ones), and caramel - just plain, nothing on top. But I love peanut butter on plain rice cakes - the big ones. Thanks for reminding me of that - I'm going to have to start buying those again!

Do your best today, and start over again tomorrow.

That sounds good! I also like a cream cheese mixture with berries on top, there's a recipe in the magazine ads, that's where I got the idea.

A nice lunch is to take lowfat cheese, I like motzerella, put salsa on the top microwave to melt the cheese and eat w/a fork. Really good. You could also put some sredded chicken on it for protein.

Hey Adriann - You're "do you wanna pea?" joke is gonna score me some points with my 8 year old.
And thanks for that idea. Yogurt goes over well with my daughter, but adding some granola is a great idea. It's tough to come up with snacks because we can't send nuts (allergy in the class).
So I'd love more ideas if anyone has any.
My daughter never wants hummus again because I burned her out on it:}

CLOSETSCRAP I send a yogurt and a snack bag with a couple of tbsp of granola to school so the girls can put it on the yogurt themselves they realy like it. So do I. I also love snap peas I send a bag with them they like to share this snack with others because they can ask "do you want a pea?" Ok we are a little weard. LOL

I love rice cakes too. I will have 1 for breakfast with a tbsp of peanut butter and 1/2 a bananna on top. It is so good. I also will put chicken salad on top with some sweet relish or jalapenos. They are a crunchy treat without all the calories like chips. The caramel ones are a great treat too.

I love rice cakes. My husband says they are styrofoam but he hasn't eaten one lately. I love the tomato basil flavor with a little lowfat cottage cheese on top and a sprinkle of chopped green onion or the white cheddar with some salsa (Sooo good) I tried the chocolate ones (still 50 cal) with a little low fat coolwhip on top. I bet it would be nummy with a little lowfat sugar free icecream. I was wondering what other people like on there rice cakes. Maybe get some new ideas. Talk to you later.
