I just started Jazzercise last week and I really like it, but my feet hurt during some of it and I think it's b/c I used to run and all my shoes are running shoes. They stick to the floor and are too rigid. What is a good type of shoe that will work for the side to side movements and the mat floor, but also still give support? One lady does it with bare feet, but I don't think that's a good idea for me.
