I'm going to make one using some of our garden stuff (don't have leftover soup in the summer!) LOL. I will also not put it all in the blender as I like to have something chunky, don't want to just drink my dinner. emoticon I think I'll be putting on some beans to soak tonight. emoticon

I make it up as I go. Here's what I remember....
1. Open can of Pinto Beans "(Drain and rinse beans)
2. Put beans in blender
3. Add V-8 juice just to the top of beans
4. Add vegetables from leftover soup(cabbage,onions,celery,carrots, herbs)
5. BLEND on HIGH until everything is well blended.
6. Pour into a cup or bowl and season to taste.
7. ENJOY
PS I hope you like it. And, I'm sure you can make any adjustments to make you happy. emoticon

PS If you make up y our own, I hope you will let me know what you did so I can try that as well. HAVE FUN!!

Yum, Yum, I love most proteins. I'm trying to reduce the amount of cheese that I eat. LOOK out if there is any in the house, I am like a mouse and will find it and eat it ALL. I love beef, pork, fish and I am crazy about all BEANS I also like to put them in the blender and make a nice cold summer soup of beans and veggies with V-8 juice. Try it you might like it. SO GOOD emoticon

chicken, turkey, eggs, greek yogurt especially Fage and Chobani brands, whey isolate protein smoothies, beef or lamb or rabbit sometimes, occasionally fish like halibut or Alaskan Salmon, yuck to Atlantic Salmon or farm raised. Also vegan like beans n brown rice makes a good veg meal. I say no to dairy other than yogurt. No to cheese but YES to Brie.

I like all the things listed, lol. I do have a hard time picking favorites. I would say that I do like a good steak and also Jarlsberg cheese.

Tough question. I love chicken, fried, bbq'd, baked, broasted, etc. Yum. But I also love deviled eggs. And cheese, glorious cheese. With crackers, melted, oh, toasted on chips or potatoes (raclett, as in the book Heidi), yum, yum. It ain't a sandwich without it! LOL.
I do have an "un-favorite". I don't really care much for fish.
