I like the challenges idea.
A nursing humor thread ? We all know a few great stories I'm sure.
Maybe a discussion of healthy foods that can be packed for work and eaten in whatever" lunch break" can be squeezed into your shift.
Do you try to bring fitness to work by taking extra steps ? Pack a jumprope or resistance band for a 2 minute cardio wake-up now and then ?
What health lessons have your patients taught YOU ?
