Since I was sick last week, I am having something weird happening during my work-outs. Everytime I have work-outed since I was sick about 10 minutes into it, my legs start getting really weak and feeling like mush beneath me. Sometimes I had to stop and sit down for a few to let them rest a few minutes before going back to exercising. At first I thought it was just because I was still weak from being so sick, but now I'm beginning to wonder. Am I not eating the right things before I begin. I always start with cardio and then do strength. This wasn't happening before. Anyone have any suggestions?
