I usually make my "sweet snack" a serving of Cracklin Oat Bran cereal (no milk) it is crunchy, sweet and has a TON of fiber! :)

As boring as it seems I eat All bran cereal every morning with blueberries / strawberries. Sometimes I use yogurt instead of milk to change it up some. I have IBS and this helps that problem also emoticon

Beans...the magical fruit. Seriously...they are loaded with fiber! If you're watching sodium, rinse them under water before cooking. Good luck!

I find that yogurt with high fiber cereal as a midmorning snack to add a good chunk of fiber in my daily diet regime. I feel better doing it too!

I cannot seem to meet my calorie or fiber needs. I have been here a month and everyday but 1 I have been under on both of these. I eat oatmeal, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, I drink a protein smoothie every morning. I eat 5-6 servings of veggies/fruits everyday. I don't know what else to do. If anyone has any low sodium suggestions please respond. I say low sodium bc I have high blood pressure. Thank you!
