So today I played Just Dance 2 for 45 minutes with the kids. I had so much fun and actually out lasted the 13 year old even though she said it was because she didn't like loosing. I go back to work for 5 days straight tomorrow, for a total of 56+ hours this week. Have to keep telling myself to stay away from the break room and the "food patrol" giving away goodies to everyone. Thanks for the support.
I can empathize with your problem. I do well as long as I don't have a lot of temptations around--or any really. I encourage you to get back on the bandwagon right away. Make it just a bump in the road.

So I have been a nurse at a small community hospital for 2 years. I have been on this "eat better" kick for about 2 weeks and was doing well. I think partially because I work nights, so what I bring is what I can eat. Well last night we started our EMR. Everyone was there all the big wigs and they brought cookies, pizza, cnady. And boy did I eat!!! I must say I am very very disapointed in myself. I was like a little piggy. UGH. I can only hope that in 2 days when I go back to work the food fest has slowed, hopefully stopped!!!
