I prefer crackers, raw veggies and dressing or whole grain bagel and nutbutter with a fruit, sometimes even have my cereal with milk and berries around 3am. Just remember your sleeping through lunch time so you still need to have balance meals and keep your blood sugar levels from dropping during the night while your working.

I work 2 days and 2 nights. At first i used to eat on nights around 1 am like i was having lunch. However since i started spark, i cant figure out what to eat and it doesnt seem right to eat 24 hours. I'm trying to eat more fruits and yogurt now during those hours instead of heavy spicy meals like i used to. Then when i get home around 8 am i eat cereal before going to bed because i wake up extremely hungry around 1pm if i dont eat anything before sleeping. What do you guys do?
