I've already seen the difference 10% makes and I'm much better for it now I just need to keep on top of the plan and make my little goals. I've set a new goal for my provincial sparkteam to use the nutrition tracker 5/7 day each week to help build consistancy but maybe I need to set a personal goal to lose another 10% this spring season 10kg in 3 months is so totally doable.

After reading an article today about the positive effects of losing 10% of excess body weight I feel even more a sense of urgency to up the anti and lose !y excess weight. I have committed to my family that I will lose another 4 lbs this month. By verbalizing this to them and not wanting to let them or myself down I feel I've up'd the anti and will try harder inspite of outside deterrents. Hopefully someone else will feel the same way and commit to something that will make them accountable as well!
