I've already seen the difference 10% makes and I'm much better for it now I just need to keep on top of the plan and make my little goals. I've set a new goal for my provincial sparkteam to use the nutrition tracker 5/7 day each week to help build consistancy but maybe I need to set a personal goal to lose another 10% this spring season 10kg in 3 months is so totally doable.
