Hi guys! I am preparing for my first 5K (never ran in my life) and I am so proud to say that I can run a 5K without stopping! Surprisingly, I can run a 5K in 30 min! It took months for me to get here but here is the problem... the day after I run a 5K, both my knees have like a very light general ache, even when doing normal things and it's when bending. Like on a scale of 1-10, 1 being nothing and 10 being excrutiating, it's like a 2. I run on very soft pavement at the park (horse trail). Is it the shoes? The pain doesn't bother me especially when running, but I just get aware of it the day after running. I hope this makes sense to someone.
