Nice work on the run. I really struggle to increase my distance, the most I have done is 2 KM, I would like to be able to do 3. I find its my breathing that makes me stop well before the legs feel it.
I weigh in tomorrow, I will see if the exercise has worked.
The good lord gave you a body that can stand most anything. Its your mind you have to convince.
My goal of 3 miles a day is within reach; I am just one mile short this morning I ran 2 miles so I am happy about that. I will keep the team posted on my progress and will let everyone know by blog.
