Resolutions...eh goals. First big goals of the year: get under 200lbs and run a half marathon. I have my plan it is in writing, and hanging in my kitchen. But what are big goals without little steps along the way. Adjusting the meal plan by doubling the protein, and train for 10k. That's my plan to get me to the half way mark. I have 9 weeks to make this mini goal.
