Did my 1 hour of training today. It was great I know where I am and what I need to be doing, and where I am going. Yeah me. So two days a week add strength.

You know, you inspired me to start running (if you can call it that, it is more like jogging) after the Turkey Trot and you told me (I think at zumba or something) that you had been running. I thought to myself that I should get out there and run, too.
I've been trying to run on the river trail Friday mornings after 8am. Is anyone interested in running with me? I should make this a seperate thing. Sorry for highjacking your post.

Life and laziness have taken over so I am renewing my weightloss plan/goals. So here goes:
Healthy eating: Limiting the "White stuff", Water Water Water, and Eat Breakfast

Exercise: Continue with Zumba and Pilates (3 days/week), Schedule (I'm giving myself a 2wk dead line to get this done) 1 hr with trainer to create a strength plan (2 days/week), and Start running again. Begining with last 4 weeks of C25K and on to Bridge to 10 (3 day/week)

Accountability: Ask friends to bug me about what I'm doing. (Thank you Rachel) (Thank you Shawn) and Post activity

So there it is.
