Gave blood yesterday and passed up all the junk at the snack station...oreos, nutter butters, ice cream, short bread cookies, soda... instead I chose a bag of plain almonds, small ham and provolone TOGOS sandwich and an apple and water....oh, and cranberry juice (I always get that after donating). Making those good choices made me feel even better after donating. :)

I have found to be more successful when I discuss the things I did right, and when I read what others are doing right. It keeps that positive momentum ball rolling in my mind.
So I'll start: today, I have already drank two servings of water and eaten fruit for breakfast. I am on my way into the kitchen to pack my lunch for work so I can stay on my calorie plan rather than spontaneously eat.
