I just started but so far NO HUNGER!! that is the best part so far!

I have easily stayed away from carbs, but I still have to figure how to do net carbs etc.

How do I pick just ONE?

I checked out many LC diets before picking one -- Atkins won because it is pretty BRAINLESS (easy!) to do -- no hard figuring out how to "balance" various things, no weighing, little measuring, blah blah.

It hooked me when I learned you NEVER have to be hungry on Atkins.

And then, there's the lovely, wonderful TASTE of everything I get to eat!

I love plopping a big hunk of kerrygold butter onto my steamed vegetables and knowing that all those delicious fats are actually going to help me lose weight! Yum yum yum

I love not having cravings and obsessions with food. I feel like this is the most "normal" relationship I've had with food in a very long time.

Not being hungry! When I was doing WW, I was already thinking about my next meal 10 minutes after finishing the current one. This is much better and the lbs are coming off a lot easier!

Quitting is NOT an option!
