SparkPeople says to measure 1" above my belly button. My belly button has sort of relocated since having kids and getting stretched out. I'd say it's further south than it used to be. Also, my "waist" is not the fullest part of my abdomen. I'm not sure I'm going to see my "waist" measurement change much since the extra fat is below my belly button. If I keep measuring my true waist, am I going to see that number go down as my weight changes and (hopefully) my belly shrinks, too?
