I'm still struggling at the water. But last night I have made some Sweet Tea (not to sweet) and filled up my Brita Pitchure with water for when I get thirsty.
My goals for November:
Workout a min of 30 min 5 days a week (maybe more if I feel like)
I really want to get out of the 150's. My weight is being stubborn again. I figured it would around this weight just like it was at 155. I couldn't get past that for months. Hopefully it won't take months this time. Today I show an increase but we will see what Thursday brings.
