I drink my water faithfully every morning, my problem is eating regular meals. We are always on the go during the school year, and not home for meals.

Morning!!

I'm still struggling at the water. But last night I have made some Sweet Tea (not to sweet) and filled up my Brita Pitchure with water for when I get thirsty.

My goals for November:
Workout a min of 30 min 5 days a week (maybe more if I feel like)
Drink Water
Track food

I really want to get out of the 150's. My weight is being stubborn again. I figured it would around this weight just like it was at 155. I couldn't get past that for months. Hopefully it won't take months this time. Today I show an increase but we will see what Thursday brings.

Drink our water
exercise atleast 30 mins a day
get 5 - 8 fruits & veggies
and 4 - 6 whole grains
