This is the first year in 12 years that I don't have one of my daughters in my unit! This year I am leading a unit of 3 brownies. My Ranger daughter (16 yrs old) is the Spark leader and another young woman is the Guide leader. I help each of them plan their meetings. I guess I am also the Pathfinder and Ranger leader but that is very laid-back so I don't really count it.

I am a volunteer. Our troop has 3 leaders. One main two co. It is nice to have this too since our girls are all ages now.
