I'd like to focus on getting more girls for my troop. I found out I am losing two of the four Cadettes that I had, which means I will have two Srs. and two bridging Cadettes, so still only 4 girls.
How exciting for your daughter and granddaughter. I became a leader for my daughter. I enjoy it alot but feel like there is alot of friction between the leader and the other co-leader.
I am hoping to get the girls to do more community service in this year. There is also an chld abuse awareness walk later in the year that I would love to see them participate in and help put up the pinwheels at the court house. I have been looking up things for them to do and hope that I am heard this year.

I am going to volunteer in my area to work with girls who have no troop.
I am going to inspire and encourage my daughter who is going to be a Daisy Leader. Its my granddaughter's first year of Girl Scouts.
