I will be fairly busy til Sunday night so I will start on Monday. Been super busy with the house being stupid and my gma and gpa going in and out of the hospital. Really needing some quiet time soon.

I'm in for the challenge. I need to get back on track before I gain more weight. I think the weight I did gain was from stress. What a lovely thing it is. LOL

this is a great challange this month as I'm on a new streak. Really trying to stay within 1500 calories & see the number on the scale going down. emoticon

Drink your water
Eat your fruit and veggies - recommended servings
Take some quiet time each day for yourself
Exercise atleast 30 minutes 3 days a week
