First your not being selfish for worrying about your weight, your getting better along side you son, so when he is better, you too will be feeling better and can do more things together.

Hard emotional times are tough, but remember that emotional eating may feel good at the time but in the long run will not.

Keep up the strength and remember there are many people thinking and praying for your hole family right now.

I know their our several of our members who are dealing with rough times. So I am making a call out to all of those people who may have found a way to maintain through the bad times.

My son was in a bad accident and we are blessed that he is slowly recovering. So I am struggling along with him and feel selfish for even thinking about my weight but I know I cant wait till he is better. It is going to be a long road.

So how does everyone deal when life is rough?

Thanks in advance everyone.
