I'm on my way to a better me. I've got the eating down. I'm eating in moderations. I'm eating healthier than usual. I'm desparately trying to stay within my ranges. The exercise kick is a real challenge for me. I do karate on mon and weds. After that I don't have the drive to continue on other days. What is it gonna take?
"You're unique, you're special and that's what make you strong..."
I feel the same way. I know what needs to be done and it is getting there where I struggle. So we need some motivation-as I look outside at the ice and snow, I know it will soon be time to put on my swimsuit for the summer. I dont want to have to cringe again as my kids beg to go to the pool. I want to look good and fit in the silly rollercoaster seat. I am so tired of wearing a "plus" size in clothing. But I think most of all I am tired of looking at the same stinkin number on the scale. Can I get a second on this one??
Lets challenge each other-can you stay in your range for calories today? I think we should brag about our accomplishments-no matter how small. I will be happy for you when you have a small win. Just promise you will challenge me so I can brag too.
What do you say GS team-we are always challenging our girls-why not ourselves?

I haven't been in a good place lately. I haven't lost weight, but gained. I haven't been exercising or eating healthy, and there is no one to blame but myself. Everyday i think "today will be the day" and then for one reason or another, I just don't do it. I don't know what it is going to take to get me motivated............... Cindy
Putting the question out there-Where are you now? With the new year unfolding and those resolutions well resolving, are you finding yourself better in 08?
Personally, I have hit a flat spot. Losing weight up until last two weigh ins. Now I am trying to restart the fire. I know the key is exercise but finding the time and oh the energy. Spark has helped me to change my eating style. I now eat much smaller portions. I also know Spark can help me learn to love being active.
So I hope 2008 finds you better than you were in Dec 07. Lets all hope Dec 08 is coming as a time of celebration.
