Almost the end of the month, how did you do?

I am back from my vacation week. The sun was wonderful and I rode my bike every day.
I should have weighed myself this morning, but I didn't think of it before I had my first cup of coffee. Tomorrow...

My husband and I used to ride on the Silver Comet all the time, but not so much recently. It was fun, now that I think of it.

I love riding my bike on the Silver Comet Trail! 22 miles is fantastic ATLSAG!!! Congrats.

Rode with a small group on the Silver Comet Trail (22 miles)....
it was a little chilly ths morning, but was a beautiful day to be on the trail.

Good morning. Today is going to be a busy Sunday, but I hope to have time to sit and watch the 4 pm football games for a little while.
Any plans for today?
I am knitting, my son has lacrosse game and I would like to go for a walk when the sun comes up.

I am hoping to have a better November. I didn't lose anything in October and I didn't get as much working out as I had hoped. Most of my exercise was done walking. Hoping for 5 lbs in November and a lot of working out. Good luck everyone.

My goal is to lose 5 lbs in November.... by walking and biking more, and eating healthier...
May need an extra long wal this morning after indulging ain a little too much candy.... Good luck all....

Good Morning! November 1st - new month! How are you doing?
What new goals do you have for this month?

I am continuing with boot camp and staying focused on my eating. I eat well most of the time but when I am bad, I am very very bad. I need to stop that!
