Yup, thanks to my dog! We power walk every morning for at least 35 minutes. I then do either leg or arm and back strengthening exercises at home. Another 20-30 minutes walk at lunch, then one short one before dinner. An exercised dog is a happy dog!

I run a lot and weight train at least twice a week. I've been a little spotty lately because I've been working at home a couple of days a week and it's throwing me off a little, but I'm trying to do the spring into shape bootcamp now. I'm hoping that will help be get back on track. I have the same problem as you: need heavier weights at home. I'm also doing some Zumba now when it is just too cold to go outside.
I was doing Body Revolution but got bored with the format. The first month was too easy, but I convinced myself that because I started but never finished it last year, I had to do the whole thing as written. It was a mistake, because now I just feel BLAH about the repetition. I will take it back up again later this year (I mostly just want to see what the final workouts are like!) but do it on a custom schedule that isn't so "entry level" at the beginning.
Right now, I'm thinking about what I want to do next. The most fun I ever had with an exercise streak was a DVD-A-DAY project, in which I did -- you guessed it -- a different workout video every day and blogged reviews. I wish I had been able to admit that I was sick of BR sooner, so I could have done a March Madness project, but oh, well. (Maybe next month.) I would really like to do GSP RUSHFIT or Les Mills Combat soon.
VIBEKE: It was when I did CLX that I finally invested in heavy dumbbells, too. What are you using now?

Six weeks ago I started a 90-day exercise challenge and I'm doing a DVD set I bought called Chalean Extreme. Right now I'm in the second month and it's getting more challenging. Today I am actually sore from yesterday's workout. I really love this DVD, so much that I ordered another one from Beachbody called Brazilian Butt Lift. I just really enjoy working out in my own home, but I desperately need heavier weights.
