slice and then freeze a banana, when it is frozen (or mostly) toss it in a blender with some frozen berries add a little non dairy milk (I like low fat almond) blend. YUM!

I love:

roasted nuts
greek yogurt (alone or with fruit or veg) - use rice or soy instead to make it vegan
green smoothie
veggies with hummus
veggies with bean dip
veggies with salsa
mix and match dips and veggies basically!

I am still trying to find my way eating Vegan (and hating to cook... not a good combo) and need some snack ideas... besides grabbing a piece of fruit or a veggie.

I'd appreciate any suggestions... emoticon
