Ingredients are fine, however I don't know the serving size and I'd still like to know sodium etc.

You can't get the brass ring on the merry go round if you don't reach for it. Go for it. I know you can!

Are the ingredients listed? Do they seem healthy to you with not much oil sitting on top? If so I would buy them and give them a try. If they are plant based they would surely be better than anything you could pick up at a fast food place.

These items were in the refrigerated section, across from the appetizer dept. in the Whole Foods store I visited. They had about 6 different products, premade, for sure, they are several servings in each container. It would be in the same area that sells dips, and prehaps lavash type breads.

Are they boxed or frozen foods? Where do you find them at WF?

I found a few premade products at Whole Foods that are "Health Starts Here"foods. "Meat Loaf", Mac & Cheese" i.e., however there is no nutritional value on the containers. When I asked at the store, they said they are working on that....Does anyone know where I could find that information? These products are completely vegan but I still would like to know the portion size and nutritional value.
