I'm trying to incorporate more raw foods into my diet. I just ordered a book online called Becoming Raw a couple days ago. I'm excited to receive it and hope it offers some good tips on how to transition to a raw diet although I cannot see myself becoming 100% raw because I just love cooked foods too much!

100% raw is a bit hardcore for me but I do try to eat as many raw fruits and veggies as possible. For instance I'll put greens in after the dish is cooked and let them wilt from the heat/steam that's left over.

I tried to do raw and didn't get far. The health benefits are amazing! I know 2 people who are 100% raw and have been for years. They love it

I am allergic to dairy & soy which makes proteins and cheeses a problem...that's why I have decided to leave eggs in my diet for now. If I ever get more proficient at this diet then I might eliminate them.

Brightest Blessings!

No...sorry...Just going meatless and dairy-less, still eating eggs and then all fruits, veggies, legumes, etc.

Is anyone in this group a "raw foods" person? What I mean by that is: Is anyone on a 100% raw food diet?
