I have never had a problem with soy products, until after my son was born. Right at 6 weeks postpartum I developed a rash on my arms and thighs and through my lifestyle changes (diet & exercise) I have found that I am allergic to soy products now.
Anyone have any good protein ideas they can share?
Has anyone used seitan with success?
