I use soy yogurt as a dip quite often.
For chocolate, I like to pair vegan mousse with strawberries or bananas for an extra special treat... it's rich, creamy, and REALLY high in protein :)
1 package silken tofu
3Tbsp maple syrup
10oz dark chocolate chips
Melt chocolate in double-boiler, and combine with syrup & vanilla. Blend tofu until creamy, and slowly add in chocolate. Chill before serving. (4 servings)
*** My kids think this is TOO rich, so I usually make a double-batch, and add 1/2 cup cool-whip to theirs. This makes it slightly sweeter & less rich!
