hmmm...well, i only do "sort of" menu plans. i figure out what i'm going to cook in a week, make a list, and then just go to the store once a week. but i don't know what i'm going to eat when necessarily. this week i'm cooking:
for dinners: lentil burgers (had last night for dinner) chickpeas a la king casserole mole posole an indian bean dish with green beans
for lunches: leftovers and some mcdougall soup cups
for breakfast: cereal with rice milk and dried fruit sprinkled in
snax: hummus wheat crackers ryvita crackers apples candy can jo-jos (whoops, how'd those get in there?)
While I am doing the bootcamp, I am going to integrate elements of the Body + Soul Challenge, which is mostly dietary/mental. For 5 weeks they encourage a fruit, veg & legume diet accompanied by whole grains. Really I think that is the way that I should be eating.
Anyone interested in sharing theirs? I'm trying to put one together, but I'm terrible at it. I have five cookbooks on my desk and a ton of vegan meat (tofu, tvp, ground round, soy sausages, etc) in the fried and no inspiration.
