HI Everyone. It's cold out there. Hope you are staying warm. I've been running around today. I had to take a half day to go to the allergist/ENT (AGAIN!) Then to Philly to work and now I am at the 2nd job in Malvern. Long day!
Good morning! We are using the sparkpeople videos and the workout generator. I think I will just get him a pair of 1 and 2 lb weights so he can participate (definitely want to encourage that!). Oh walking with a cough is the worst! I have bad allergies, so if I am late taking my zyrtec in the evening, I start to cough and it is usually a day or two before it goes away. Hope you can get back at it soon!
Hi! I think it's great that you are doing it with your kids. That's great. I think your son would be okay with the little weights. What kind of exercises are you guys doing? Are you doing a tape or just your won workouts?
I can not weight to get rid of this cough. I would love to start walking again.

Hi all! So my 14-year-old daughter and I are doing this together, and last night we were doing some strength training. My 9-year-old son came downstairs with us and wanted to use weights during the exercises. Is this safe since he is still growing?
