1. Work out at least 3 times a week.
2. Track food every day.
3. Stay within calorie and fat goals 6 days a week.
4. Get 8 hours of sleep more than once a week (may not be possible until my Negotiations Strategy class is over).
5. Hope the goals above will yield a 5-10 pound weight loss.

GOAL: 220 by 7/31/14

I would really like to lose 10-20 pounds. The working out has been great and staying active. The weight just doesn't seem to go.

For me, I want to lose 10 pounds. (I really want to lose more, but I'm trying to be realistic.) I need to track more, work out regularly, etc.
