1. Work out at least 3 times a week. 2. Track food every day. 3. Stay within calorie and fat goals 6 days a week. 4. Get 8 hours of sleep more than once a week (may not be possible until my Negotiations Strategy class is over). 5. Hope the goals above will yield a 5-10 pound weight loss.
