Bouncer, We are all hoping that bigger losses can be the norm, but I agree with L8, 9 pounds sounds like a really healthy loss--one that will stay away because it's real. I can't remember the last time I lost more than 2 pounds in a month. But other changes and feeling better keep me going.
I remember the Sunday morning PSAT--it did seem strange. But it's followed by years of SATs, ACTs etc at equally strange time.
I did too much yesterday and feeling poorly, hope the doc can see me tomorrow. I know my problem is not ER worthy but it's literally a pain to wait.
I got this book from the library called I can make you thin. It's self hypnosis and is really popular in the UK. I'm totally skeptical but since I can't do much today I might as well listen to the CD.
My brother in law got laid off from his job last week and on the way home from the experience was so distracted he got in a car accident. He wasn't hurt but messed up his car. So far I'm thinking 2009 is not off to a great start. Hope it will be a case of in like a lion out like a lamb.
