Inky, I agree with Bud . .. give yourself time to heal. :)

Bud, so when is your daughter taking her exam? I hope she's still not driving you nuts, lol. I hate when I have work to do, but feel "fuzzy and braindead".

Well, I hope everyone made it home alright tonight. My full time and part time jobs closed/closed early. It'll be interesting tomorrow for me when I go back to the full time job. My employer has hired a consulting firm to do some work and my assignment is with them. (I'm an executive secretary.) I work in a different building and I was told to check the weather hotline to see if we are closed. My employer closed. My supervisor, the top person for the consulting firm, didn't call me back when I left him messages telling him of how the employer closed down. Not sure how he'll take it. I DID tell him that if it was an issue, to PLEASE call me and I'd find a way to Ardmore. Never did. My dh told me I'm worrying over nothing. Wish me luck!

I'll see you guys later!

Oh Inky give yourself a break, you are dealing with a major health issue and you need to make sure you are getting well. Plus it's cold outside and your body is telling you it wants comfort food--it's temporary. If you put too much pressure on yourself you might become discouraged and that's just not you! This will not defeat you, it will make you stronger (eventually).
What a messy day. I had no trouble driving to work but walking across the parking lot was really scary! I definitely wore the wrong shoes. I had to work late so I didn't go to gym. I have a call with daughters therapist and then I'm going to try to walk a bit before bed. I should do some work but I am brain dead.

emoticon I'm sorry you aren't feeling well. I know my appetite hasn't been up to normal either. What have you been eating? Have you talked to your doctors? I know my doc said my appetite won't be back to normal for a while after my surgery, but to eat as healthy as I could. I hopeyou feel better soon.

I need a major kick in the butt. I don't know what's going on with me. Up 7.2 lbs from last week's weigh in. Some of it's water but I've been bad the last 4 days and I just can't seem to get back in the groove. HELP!

I think a lot has to do with my health and not being able to work out....or breathe for that matter, but still. My eating is so not right.

This is how I feel..... emoticon x10!!!
