I'm hoping last weeks business travel wasn't too disastrous. Will check the damage tomorrow. I have another trip next week so I really do need to figure out how to do travel eating better. I did take workout clothes and actually use them. I'm sorry to see it get dark early, makes it hard to fit in those lovely walks in Valley Forge.

Hi, All :-)
I had a great time with family this weekend, didn't overeat and did get in a nice long walk in Valley Forge park. No travel plans until the end of the month, so I've got a chance to really make progress toward may goals.

Off to the treadmill right now!

Hi All,
Great weekend. Weekends are always good, just too short.

My husband leaves for a two week business trip today. I don't know if his absence will make things more difficult or a bit easier. Is it possible to drop 50lbs in two weeks? I'd love for him to come home and find me thin, and the house and yard in perfect order. What a dream!
